RIT chef de cuisine James Balch and Stacy Krebbeks hosted a live cooking demo at RIT FoodShare to prove that plant-based meals are as simple and affordable as traditional recipes.
Two RIT chef de cuisine teams competed in national culinary competitions with the goal of sharpening their skills and bringing innovations to campus dining locations.
