We offer the RIT community a great selection of computer hardware, software, photography products, photo paper, greeting cards, tech. accessories and much more; many priced exclusively for RIT students, faculty and staff. Stop in and talk to our knowledgeable staff who can guide you through your purchases. At our online store you'll be able to purchase some of the same great products at the same great prices you find in the "brick and mortar" store.

Digital Den, RIT’s electronics store provides computer equipment, software and accessories to RIT students, faculty, staff, and departments. Through agreements with leaders in the computer industries, the Digital Den will offer our qualified customers substantial educational discounts and special programs.

Shipping & Return Policies
Any purchases made on the Digital Den's website are shipped by ground within the continental United States.
For priority shipments and shipping outside the continental United States, please call (585) 475-2505. Thank you.
Products must be returned within seven (7) business days of the purchase and must be in new, saleable condition, and must be the current/newest model. Products must be in the original, sealed package; equipment must be unregistered and include all blank warranty cards, instructions, etc.
The original store receipt is required for all refunds/exchanges.
Refunds are made in the original form of payment. Purchases made with VISA, MasterCard or Tiger Bucks will be refunded to the same card number. A check may be issued by RIT for any cash refund in excess of $50.00.
The following items may not be returned or exchanged:
Personally worn items such as ear buds, headphones, worn clothing and hats (clothing that has not been worn and has its original tags, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase)
Perishable, pre-recorded or sensitized goods such as: DVDs, CDs, Audio/Video tapes
Phone order, Mail order and e-commerce customers should contact the store within seven (7) days of the receipt of merchandise for instructions on returning merchandise. Please call (585) 475-2505.
A 10% restocking fee may be charged for items returned with open packages or items returned after seven (7) days from the date of purchase. Digital Den reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time.
