Inspired by teachers, RIT grad opens music studio to teach others
The studio opened in 2022 on the third floor of the Piano Works building in East Rochester. There is an array of instruments and a recording studio that has a capability of recording 32 tracks at a time. Several of the teachers there are RIT alumni.

Advisory Groups
The concept of shared governance is vital to decisions made at the university, and its practice is integral to RIT’s success. Each governance group is empowered to bring forth issues of importance to the university for deliberation, such as policy proposals, plans for new initiatives, and operational concerns.
