Report My Co-op
You can report your co-op by logging into the Symplicity Portal. Simply click here to access the portal and begin the reporting process.
Co-Op Evaluations
At the end of each co-op block, you will be required to complete a Student Evaluation, and your supervisor will be required to complete an Employer Evaluation. Evaluation links will be sent to both you and your supervisor.
It is your responsibility to ensure that both evaluations are completed on time, as your faculty advisor will review the evaluations and assign your co-op grade in the term following your co-op block.
