RIT Dubai’s Combined Accelerated Bachelor’s/Master’s Degrees are designed for exceptional students with outstanding academic records. When you are accepted into one of these pathways you’ll become an Accelerated Scholar – an RIT Dubai student ready to amplify their learning, challenge themselves to rise higher, and position themselves for success. Through double counted credits or the use of course waivers you can earn two degrees in less time with a cost savings, while still taking advantage of cooperative education experiences, internships, research, study abroad, and more.

Enrollment Criteria

  • Must achieve a minimum overall average of 90% in Senior Secondary School or equivalent.
  • Must achieve a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 by the end of the second year in the program. Students who do not meet this requirement will be required to transfer to the standard BS programs in engineering or computing.
  • Must have studied mathematics and preferably pre-calculus at secondary school with a minimum grade of 80% or equivalent.
  • Must cover two sciences: physics and chemistry or biology at secondary school (minimum grade 80% or equivalent).
  • Students who fail to meet Math/Science minimum requirements may get conditionally accepted through bridging courses which is subject to the approval of the admissions office.
  • Dual Degree Engineering students must appear for Math and physics placement tests prior to course registration.
