Samad completes Harvard leadership program

Wael A. Samad, chair of the mechanical and industrial engineering department at RIT Dubai, completed the Program for Leadership Development offered by the Harvard Graduate School of Education. The six-day program is designed for early-career leaders in higher education and focuses on strategic planning, fiscal decision-making, inclusive leadership, and institutional effectiveness. Samad joined academic leaders from around the world for a week of case studies, facilitated discussions, and collaborative learning aimed at navigating the evolving landscape of higher education leadership.
