Student Clubs and Organizations

SAVE THE DATE: Attend the Semester Kick-off Social, Wednesday, August 24th, 5:00-6:30 PM (in the University Gallery) to meet representatives from graduate student clubs and organizations. 

Additionally, there are more than 300 student clubs and organizations that support thousands of on and off-campus events every year. Connect with others who share your passions or explore new interests by joining these groups. With clubs and organizations dedicated to art, sports, politics, music, science, theater, and everything in between, there’s something for everyone at RIT.

Plan to attend the annual Tiger Activities Fair on Tuesday, Aug. 29 from 6-9 p.m. in the Gordon Field House and Activities Center. Learn about the over 300 clubs on campus, chat with current club members, and sign up to be part of the excitement!

CampusGroups is RIT's student engagement platform, which allows clubs and organizations to manage their membership, events, and operations. Aug. 27-Sept. 1, 2023
Start the semester off strong during TigerFest, RIT’s weeklong welcome celebration. TigerFest activities and events will help you connect to the resources you’ll need to get set up for success. Leadership  and Career Development

Graduate Career Bootcamp
Did you know that employers start recruiting graduate students a year or more in advance? Make sure you set yourself up for success and get ready for the Fall recruiting season by attending our Graduate Career Bootcamp! Through this event, you will learn how to create a graduate-level resume, job and internship recruiting timelines and tools, and how to effectively network with employers and alumni. 

The Bootcamp will take place on Wednesday, August 23 from 3:00 to 6:00 PM at the Bausch and Lomb Center.

Momentum Mixer
Interested in learning what it takes to be a leader at RIT? Develop your leadership skills by enrolling in the momentum series, a portfolio of programs designed to introduce you to the core competencies needed to step into leadership roles on campus and in the Rochester community. You’ll start with momentum I, RIT’s leadership launchpad that will introduce you to key student leader roles on campus while helping you develop meaningful leadership competencies.

Register for the Momentum Mixer on Wednesday, Aug. 30, to learn more about the program, how to participate, and to meet other aspiring leaders on campus.
