Process mapping is a powerful tool to help businesses understand, manage, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of their operations. This 2-day workshop will focus on Value Stream Maps for different types of value streams (eg. call center, software development, supply chain, medical office). Bring your value chain candidates to the workshop and get a head start on building maps that will facilitate process change, improve bottom-line savings and customer satisfaction.
