Tom and Alex's paper titled, "Black GaAs with Sub-Wavelength Nanostructures Fabricated via Lithography-Free Metal-Assisted Chemical Etching" has been published in the ECS Journal of Solid State Science and Technology! This work highlights the fabrication of GaAs nanowire arrays with solar-weighted reflectance of ~4% using an entirely lithography-free and solution-based MacEtch process.

Mohad's paper titled, "Self-Assembled InAsP and InAlAs Nanowires on Graphene via Pseudo-van der Waals Epitaxy" has been published in the Proceedings of the IEEE 18th International Conference on Nanotechnology! This work demonstrates controlled tuning of the morphology and composition of ternary III-V compound semiconductor nanowires on two-dimensional nanosheets through epitaxial self-assembly.
Mohad's paper titled, "Improving Pseudo-van der Waals Epitaxy of Self-Assembled InAs Nanowires on Graphene via MOCVD Parameter Space Mapping" has been accepted for publication in CrystEngComm! Here, growth optimization toward self-assembly of InAs nanowires on graphene with record-breaking aspect ratio and number density is presented.
This work has been featured as back cover art for the January 2019 issue of CrystEngComm.

Tom's paper titled, "Ordered Al(x)Ga(1-x)As Nanopillar Arrays via Inverse Metal-Assisted Chemical Etching" has been accepted for publication in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces! This paper details catalytic etching of AlGaAs for fabrication of vertical nanostructure arrays for the first time.

Tom's paper titled, "Fabrication of Suspended III-V Nanofoils by Inverse Metal-Assisted Chemical Etching of InGaP/GaAs Heteroepitaxial Films" has been accepted for publication in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces! For the first time, successful I-MacEtch of the techologically relevant ternary material, InGaP, has been demonstrated here. This work shows a novel technique for the fabrication of suspended III-V nanofoil structures. Congratulations, Tom and all!
