The Department of Criminal Justice includes about 200 undergraduates and 20 graduate students.  Criminal justice students are an active and socially engaged group.  They volunteer and complete internships in the community with a variety of agencies and groups. These include agencies ranging from restorative justice, community activist groups, law enforcement, courts, probation, crime analysis, and re-entry. Students present their research at regional and national professional associations as well as for local community leaders.
