    Associate vice president of auxiliary services, Kory Samuels, was named The National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS) 66th chairperson. NACUFS has been supporting and promoting excellence in collegiate dining since 1958, and it is dedicated to serving as the professional resource for collegiate foodservice leaders.

    More plant-based food headed to RIT

    Greater food options will be available for RIT students, faculty, and staff, as the dining staff explores ways to increase plant-based meal options. Students brought up the subject during meetings with Student Government, as well as student Paw Prints petitions and from members of the RIT Vegan Club.
