2014/2015 Permit Sales

August 11, 2014: Reserve Permits sales will open at 8:00 AM for all eligible Faculty, Staff, and Students

August 18, 2014: General Permit sales will open at 8:00 AM for all eligible Faculty, Staff, and Students

August 18, 2014: Resident Permits and After Hours Permit sales will open at 8:00 AM for all RIT resident students and designated resident students (Park Point and The Province).

This year, in order to facilitate a more efficient way of processing permits we are allowing faculty, staff, and eligible students to purchase reserve permits early. By doing this, we will be able to process your permits faster so that you will receive your permit in a more timely manner than in the past.

The Parking Office provides parking services to students, faculty, staff and guests of the RIT community. Please visit the links below for detailed information on the Parking Regulations and services available. To the right of the page "myParking Account" provides direct access to your contact information, vehicle and permit information stored on the parking database. You can edit this information, register your vehicle, purchase reserved permits, pay or appeal citations online. Please take the time to check this information for accuracy and updates on a regular basis.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REGISTERED BEFORE PARKING ON CAMPUS.

The registration process is not complete until the permit or decal has been displayed as instructed. Vehicles registrations can be processed throughout the academic year for new employees and students, permit replacements, new vehicles and license plate transfers, etc. If you require assistance, please contact the Parking Office (585) 475-2074.

U-Lot Construction and Information

The Gene Polisseni Center is nearing completion. However, U-Lot will not be open until mid-September. When it reopens, the lot will consist of either Reserved or Handicapped spaces only. This year only, we will be offering U-Lot Reserved permits at a discounted rate of $200 for the rest of the academic year. If you would like to purchase a U-Lot Reserved permit, you may do so when sales open based on your classification. Until U-Lot reopens, you may park in any General Space on campus.
