Important Shuttle Service Information
Shuttle Update: 1 RIT RTS Connection
Beginning Monday November 10, the 1 RIT RTS Connection will see a minor route change. The Marketplace Drive and Walmart stop will be removed from service and the Clay and Walmart stop will replace it.

Shuttle Update: Multiple Route Timing Changes
Beginning Monday November 10, multiple routes will see minor timing changes. Please see the route information in the newly updated preview schedules.
Thanksgiving Break Schedules Posted
Thanksgiving Break shuttle scheduled have been posted. Please note that there is no service on Thursday November 27 in observance of Thanksgiving Day.
Additionally, the 1 RIT RTS Connection will not operate on Friday November 28. Instead the 11 Retail shuttle will operate that day.
Shuttle Service Details
We kindly ask all passengers to arrive at your designated stop at least five minutes before the scheduled departure time. This helps ensure a smooth and timely boarding process for everyone.
