Alcohol - Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages into the Field House.

Animals - Animals are not permitted inside the Gordon Field House. Exceptions include Service Animals such as guide, sign, and signal dogs to aide disabled Guests.

Cameras/Recording Equipment - The Field House’s policy on cameras and recording equipment varies by event. In general, flash photography is prohibited at all events. RIT Campus Safety and Field House personnel reserve the right to examine and prohibit the use of any camera or recording equipment it deems unacceptable. Exit and Re-entry - There is a no re-entry policy for all major ticketed events. Once Guests enter the Field House for an event they are not permitted to exit and re-enter the Field House for that same event. Only under emergency circumstances will a Guest be permitted to re-enter the Field House; prior to exiting, arrangements must be made with Field House personnel.

First Aid - Our First Aid Room is located on the lower level, near the northwest Field House entrance.

Guest Conduct - To help make the Field House a safe and enjoyable environment for all Guests, we request that all Guests be courteous to those around them and abide by all building policies and regulations. Guests who do not conduct themselves in a proper manner and do not abide by building policies and regulations will be removed from the Field House.

Lost & Found - Guests should contact the RIT Public Safety Department for assistance at (585) 475-2074.

Prohibited Items - Items that jeopardize the safety, viewing, listening pleasure, or enjoyment of other Guests are prohibited. In accordance with building policy and security guidelines, items not allowed into Gordon Field House include but are not limited to: alcoholic beverages, outside food or beverages, bottles or cans of any type, coolers, containers, weapons or firearms, fireworks, illegal substances, bullhorns, noisemakers, confetti, beach balls or other inflatable items, Frisbees, laser pointers, back-packs, large bags, large banners, sticks or poles, folding chairs, stools, skateboards, and roller blades, etc. RIT Campus Safety and Field House management reserve the right to remove any items it deems a violation of its building policy and security guidelines. No check-in services are available for prohibited items.

Security Searches & Metal Detectors - To help ensure the highest level of safety and security, all Field House Guests, employees, and vendors are subject to security searches and a courtesy screening, which may include metal detection devices.

Solicitation/Vending - The Gordon Field House will not permit vending, soliciting, collecting contributions for any purpose, or the distribution of promotional materials on the premises.

Smoking - The Field House is a smoke-free facility. Guests are not permitted to smoke anywhere inside the building. There are no areas designated for smoking outside of the Field House.

Ticket Scalping - Ticket scalping – the resale of Field House admission tickets – is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violators of this policy will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
