Alum Zoran Pejović BS '04 is a hotelier, entrepreneur, public speaker, opinion writer and a world traveller, currently based in Croatia, with a hospitality career spanning two decades, three continents and all of the seas. Zoran graduated from RIT Croatia in 2004 with B.Sc. in Hotel and Resort Management, and has embarked on the M.Sc. program with RIT in Service Leadership and Innovation in 2016. He co-owns famed Wine & Cheese Bar Paradox in Split, best wine bar in the world 2019 as per Hideaway Report, and is about to open Maslina Resort maslinaresort.com, a Relais & Chateaux luxury boutique hotel, on the island of Hvar, voted best island in Europe Conde Nast Traveller 2020, under his Paradox Hospitality umbrella. Zoran consults on number of hospitality projects, ranging from hotel conceptualization and development to crisis communication and management.
