University Advancement Integrated Marketing Request Form

Please use this form for all project requests for the UADV Marketing and Communications team.

Be complete and enter as much detail as possible. All requests relating to a single event, program, or campaign should be submitted on one form.

Note: If you have a large, multi-channel request, please set up a meeting with the Advancement Marketing team before submitting your request.

Event Information


Event Registration Page

Enter the appropriate street, city, state, and zip code information.
Will RSVPs be handled via email, an Advancement event page that we will build, or an external site that already exists?
Is there a cost to register for this event?
Include special instructions for pricing (ex. Early Bird Special)
Will funds need to be transferred to a department outside of University Advancement?
Must include a maximum number

If so, please submit that information (or provide the shared drive location of a document with all of that information), including dates and times.
Please save all photos, logos, and content related to this event request in a single folder on the fileshare, and provide a link to that folder in this field. Files, including photo files should be no larger than 5MB and the featured image should be at least 830px wide. Please indicate "featured image" in the file name of that image. Accepted formats are jpg, jpeg, png, and gif. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE PHOTOS PASTED INTO A WORD DOCUMENT, AS THESE CANNOT BE USED.
Default Fund Name and Allocation Code is RIT Fund (U00001)
Note that the following copy is standard in confirmations: “Thank you for registering for EVENT NAME. Event details and your registration information are contained in this email. This is your confirmation.” If you have any questions, please email STAFF MEMBER at EMAIL ADDRESS.”
