Andrew Davidhazy

Andrew Davidhazy, born in Hungary in 1941, has an MFA from RIT in Graphic Design. He started teaching and working at RIT in 1963, retiring in 2008. Davidhazy held various positions, including Research Photographer in the Distillation Research Laboratory, Director of the Division of Arts and Graphic Arts, and later Chair of Imaging and Photographic Technology in the School of Photographic Arts and Sciences specializing in applied and technical photography. He has brought his expertise to several courses over the years, including High-Speed/Time-Lapse Photography, Photo Instrumentation Applications, Survey of Nonconventional Imaging, Special Effects Photography, and Introduction to Scientific and Technical Applications of Photography.
