About the Role
As the Director of Diversity Initiatives, I lead efforts to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the College of Computing (GCCIS). I focus on developing and implementing strategies to recruit, retain, and support underrepresented groups in computing including the Computing Organization for Multicultural Students (COMS) and the Women in Computing organization (WiC).
About Lana
I have devoted half of my life to RIT, earning both my bachelor's and master's degrees while spending two decades in the College of Computing as an academic advisor and director. Go RIT Tigers!
