Our Mission is to build a supportive and all inclusive community that celebrates the talent of underrepresented students in Computing. We work to accomplish our mission by providing mentorship, mental health awareness, and leadership opportunities.

Goals

Create and maintain an inclusive environment for underrepresented students in computing.
Provide mentorship to underrepresented students in computing through professional development, academic support, and opportunities to gain technical experience.
Foster professional development by holding workshops and creating connections between students, alumni, and employers.
Support underrepresented students in computing through mental health workshops and equipping them with resources to help navigate through hardships.
Create a positive impact on the underrepresented computing community by engaging with local underrepresented students and fostering STEM education.
Develop a space within GCCIS for underrepresented students to celebrate their culture and connect with other students like them in computing.
