The Broadcasting Team brings RIT Esports competition to life through live productions, casting, and behind-the-scenes technical execution. This includes shout-casting, observing, stream production, and broadcast management for matches and events. Focused on quality, storytelling, and professionalism, the team delivers engaging broadcasts that highlights players' talents while preparing students for real-world production and media roles.

The Events Team is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing RIT Esports’ live and virtual events - from Team vs. Team events and watch parties, to inter-collegiate LANs. This team ensures every event is thoughtfully designed, logistically sound, and welcoming to players, fans, and partners alike. By turning ideas into memorable experiences, the Events Team helps grow engagement and strengthen the community around RIT Esports.

The Marketing & Media Team drives awareness, engagement, and growth for RIT Esports through strategic messaging, graphic designs, and outreach. From merchandise designs and social media graphics, to email blasts and posts across various distribution channels, their work shapes how RIT Esports is seen - on campus, online, and beyond.

The Technical Team ensures that the operations and tools that support RIT Esports are kept running smoothly. Whether it be creating automatic intake systems and discord bots, or maintaining project management tools and solving hardware problems, this team ensures that the synergy between systems and people is kept in check throughout the organization.
