Operations

Meet the backbone of RIT Esports. Without the Operations branch’s contributions, the matches RIT Esports teams play practically don’t exist. From creating amazing graphic designs to producing professional quality content and streams, the Operations branch ensures that our players get the acclaim they deserve.

Production

The Production team helps to bring the game the players play to life. They’re the ones running the streams on our various platforms, and they make sure that our events run smoothly, helping with everything from our cameras and audio equipment to the lighting and sound.

Broadcasting

The Broadcasting team acts as on-stream personalities that talk and analyze gameplay. Broadcasters talk over gameplay to make the high-level competitive actions understandable for a wide audience, while also keeping every moment entertaining!

Graphic Design

The Graphic Design team makes graphical assets for the marketing and production teams. They also help to make videos, stream trailers and animations / motion graphics for our various platforms.

Development

The Development team helps with all of our projects that require coding. They help with various projects, some of which correspond to the Operations Branch, and others to the Competitive Branch. Among other things, projects that have been worked on include web scrapers for team statistics and our previous website.

Events

The Events team is responsible for planning all events for RIT Esports and ensuring that they’re run smoothly. This includes online tournaments, as well as in-person events like watch parties, tournaments, LAN's, and other such competitions!

Video

The Video team is responsible for making content for teams, ranging from motion design to promotional videos or teaser trailers! They also work with the Graphic Design team on various projects as well when necessary.

Marketing

The Marketing Team is responsible for advertising RIT Esports. This includes running social media, creating marketing plans, and collaborating with the other teams (competitive and operations) to make sure that their work gets recognized.
