Yes, the program is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, and U.S. permanent residents. On the application form you will be required to confirm your status.

The AI-PROWIL program prioritizes Ph.D. student applicants, enrolled in one of the eligible graduate programs at RIT. That said, we will also consider other graduate students (MS students from RIT, PhD students from nearby universities or from the NRT+ network). If you are a US citizen, US national, or US permanent resident, and you will not graduate before the next spring semester, you may apply. Pre- and post-phases will require engagement on campus, and applicants from nearby universities should be within driving distance to Rochester, NY.
