Requesting MLTC Reservations - Step 20

You'll get a screen that tells you "Reservation Created"....

....and you'll get an email to the effect that a reservation has been created.

This is actually a bit of a lie; the reservation has not been created--yet, just a request for the reservation.  When Kevin or Vincent approve the request, it will be complete and official.
