Abstract
Is audism real? This question has been asked by professionals at the university. In this presentation, Dr. Hauser will describe the differences between audism, ableism, and linguicism. He will share some of his empirical studies that illustrate the prevelance of audism in the United States and the impact different types of oppression have on deaf individuals' mental health.
