Abstract
As faculty advance their careers in universities, many begin to lead scholarship groups. Leading groups as a deaf professor sometimes can be challenging because of system barriers. In this presentation, Hauser discussed how to recruit members of your research group, how to lead meetings, how to develop the laboratory culture and a sense of belonging, and the do's, don't's, and difficulties in leading research groups.
