Human-AI Decision-Making
This area of work examines the psychological factors that influence collaboration between humans and AI in decision-making. We study user reliance, trust, confidence in AI recommendations, and how control is shared between humans and algorithms. Using experimental and survey-based methods, we aim to improve the effectiveness and accountability of human-AI decision systems.
