Lorraine Justice is a Professor of Industrial Design and the former Dean of the College of Art and Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a Fellow of the Industrial Designers' Society of America (IDSA) and was named one of the top 40 designers to watch by ID Magazine. She was also named one of the top 50 in product design in 2016. She serves on six editorial boards for design journals around the world and, as a judge for design competitions around the world.

Justice served as the director and Dean of the School of Design at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University from 2004 to 2011. Under her leadership, the school emerged as one of the top 30 design schools in the world and one of the top four Asian design programs. She also headed the industrial design program at Georgia Tech for 6 years, and served for 10 years at The Ohio State University as professor of visual communication. A native of Pennsylvania, Justice obtained her BFA from Edinboro University and her master’s in design and Ph.D. in communications from Ohio State.​
