Please send original (not photocopied or faxed) documents in English with the application:
- A financial guarantee or bank statement showing that you or your sponsor has at least US$18,278 in the bank for each semester and/or $11,906 for summer session.
- The attached sponsor form signed by your sponsor if the above letter is not in your name.
- A non-refundable application and express mail fee by check or money order in U.S. funds for $150. Include an additional $350 if you want us to pre-pay the U.S. government-required SEVIS fee and send the receipt to you. You may send one check for all expenses.
- An official grade transcript in English from the last school or college you attended.
