We are expecting 110 Greece Athena 8th graders to participate in three career presentations, a campus tour and lunch. Associated Info: The Saturday morning showcase, a part of the 38th RIT Spring Juggle-In, is our free, fun filled, family friendly, festival showcase. This show at the start of the day on Saturday is a great thing to bring your kids to, and an opportunity for jugglers to demonstrate their skills. Last year's morning showcase rivaled the quality of some evening shows with large group passing patterns by the U of R, solo performances by Jay Gilligan and Larry Vee, and one the best top spinners in the world. Associated Info: On August 2-5, 2015, the Young Women's College Prep 9th Grade Summer Bridge Program, which is coordinated by RIT K-12 and RIT's Office of Government and Community Relations, will take place on the RIT campus. YWCP, a charter school for girls, first opened its doors in 2011. The 9th Grade Summer Bridge program will consist of 84 ninth graders, ages 13 and 14, who live in the city of Rochester. This program will give the girls an opportunity to experience life on a college campus. Programming will include opportunities for intersection with several participating RIT departments.
