The ITS Service Desk is part of the RIT Service Center. The RSC is your single point of contact for any technology-related
questions, requests, or issues. We are here to:

  • Troubleshoot your technology issues
  • Create a work request ticket and connect you with ITS specialists
  • Get answers to common questions by searching the ITS knowledge base

When you contact the RIT Service Center by phone, e-mail, or in-person we create a ticket and share it with you. Your ticket
allows you to track progress on your issue, communicate with us quickly, and refer back to the solution if you encounter the
problem again. You can also leave us feedback on how we handled your problem.
