Bio
As Associate Director of the NTID Coop and Career Center (NCCC), Dawn provides operations management support to NCCC, career and employment advising to deaf and hard-of-hearing students and alumni as well as training and consultation support for staff recruitment professionals and hiring managers from various industries within the private and public sectors.
Representing NTID at the national level, Dawn and NCCC colleagues attend annual conferences and events that focus on the employment and advancement of individuals with disabilities as they pursue opportunities for RIT/NTID students and alumni.
Prior to joining RIT in 2002, Dawn was employed in the fields of human resources recruitment, direct marketing operations/account servicing, and financial services.
