Accelerated Bachelor’s / Master’s Degrees
RIT offers dozens of combined bachelor’s and master’s degrees – all designed as accelerated pathways where you can earn two degrees in less time than it would normally take to complete bachelor’s and master’s separately.
What is an accelerated bachelor’s/master’s degree?
Accelerated bachelor’s/master’s degrees are for undergraduate students with outstanding academic records. You can apply to a combined bachelor’s and master’s degree at the end of your second year of study. Upon acceptance, you’ll work with an academic advisor to map out your course work so you can begin graduate courses before completing your bachelor’s degree. You’ll graduate with two degrees – and a competitive advantage.
4+1 MBA Program
Students can get a master of business administration (MBA) in one year after completing their undergraduate degree. This accelerated program allows select core MBA courses to be waived with a combination of specific completed coursework. View more details about the 4+1 MBA program.
BS/MS and BS/ME Programs
These combined bachelor's and master's degrees illustrate the many academic paths that lead to an accelerated dual degree. Because students must apply while they are in the second year of their undergraduate program, you will find information on curriculum, course requirements, and more on the BS program page.
