  • If you are a staff member and are taking classes the system is configured to select your staff email.
  • If you are a student the system will use your @rit.edu email address. 

The Starfish system is set to Eastern Standard Time. It is important to adjust your time zone if you are on a global campus. You can easily adjust this in the profile settings in Starfish. 

The My Success Network page lists the people who are available to assist you: your instructors, faculty advisors, academic advisors, and support advisors. 

In order to reschedule a meeting, first cancel your upcoming meeting; then follow the steps to schedule a new appointment. 

At RIT, the photos used for ID cards are synced to your Starfish account. You can upload a photo to the RIT ID Card website.
