Services

Services listed in Starfish include a few of our resources on main campus that are available to all students and often utilized to enhance student success. Services may also include student-specific connections to resources designed for unique populations of students. For example, students in Honors will see an Honors service listed. 

Your Services

On the My Success Network page scroll down to locate Your Services. In the Your Services section you will find campus resources you are directly connected to or are applicable to the majority of students at RIT. 
There is a blue banner at the top with the hamburger button and text “My Success Network” next to it. Below that, there is the heading “Your Services” which has three boxes below it for the Academic Success Center, Career Services and Cooperative Education, and RIT Financial Resources. In each box, there is a description of each office as well as a circle with the logo of the service. In the bottom right corner of each box is an ellipsis button.

Other Services

Under the Your Service section you will find a button that says Show Other Services. Clicking on this button will display all the Services you are connected to in Starfish. 
Tutoring at RIT Services is displayed with a circle of its logo and a description in the box. There is an ellipse at the button of the box in the right corner. Below the box is a button that says "Show Other Services".

Viewing a Service

Click on the name of the Service to view additional details about the service. A website, email address, physical campus location and any team members connected to you are provided. 
The ASC Service is displayed. On the left is a Contact menu that contains a hyperlink to an email and a website. Below is the physical campus location. To the right are Team Members Associated with the Service and a more in-depth description of the service.
