The RIT University Exploration Student Ambassadors are a unique group of students who have gone through the program and have truly embraced the undecided process. These students are essential to the success of our program and become our extended family! Stop by one of our recruitment events and you’ll get to meet some of our outstanding ambassadors.

Profile of a typical University Exploration Ambassador

  • Currently or formerly enrolled in University Exploration
  • Interested in promoting University Exploration and the major discovery process
  • Academically successful
  • Leadership and service oriented

General responsibilities of a Student Ambassador

  • Share your student experience at a University Undergraduate Admissions Open House
  • Participate in a social event, dinner, or more with current University Exploration students
  • Mentor a undeclared student interested in your major choice
  • Host a prospective student to lunch (on us of course!)
