Please note: This form is for general volunteer assignments. Please register here only if you are volunteering in addition to assignments required by your college/unit.

Commencement Volunteer FAQ

Most volunteer positions require a 3-hour time commitment and involve standing and interacting with guests for the duration of the shift.

Hours: 

  • Friday: 12:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. | Lunch  | Hot dinner
  • Saturday: 6:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. | Continental breakfast | Lunch Sandwich buffet

* Hot and cold beverages will be available at all times

Commencement Volunteer Training information will be available in the spring semester.
