Auxiliary Services, RIT Dining team presents at food services conference

Several members of RIT’s Auxiliary Services department and RIT Dining presented at the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) Conference, held July 20-22 in Baltimore. Denishea Ortiz ’04, executive director of strategic marketing, Auxiliary Services, presented “From Tactics to Strategy: Marketing for Better Marketing Experiences.” Kory Samuels ’07, ’11, associate vice president of Auxiliary Services, presented “Operator to Administrator” and became the 66th board chair of the NACUFS board of trustees. Susan Blaha, associate director of business services; Erin Hartter, business relations manager; Karla Orozco, director of operations; and Jake Reed, reporting and data specialist, all from RIT Dining, presented “The Future of Meal Plans.”
