We offer many different types of overnight housing and conference rooms. Find the perfect accommodations for your group!


Linen Services

We provide two linen packages for an additional cost: 1) Full Set (includes two flat sheets, two towels, one cotton blanket, one pillow, and one pillowcase); 2) Traditional set (includes two flat sheets, two towels, and one cotton blanket). 


All beds in the residence halls will be in un-bunked position. We provide bunking of beds at an additional cost. The event planner must document this request on the Summer Housing Application. 

Conference rooms are available for rent based on your application submission date. Please call or schedule a meeting with the Senior Coordinator of Housing Operations regarding specific needs, requests, additions, and/or changes regarding reserving conference rooms.

Duty Staff

Summer staff is on-call each night from 4:30pm until 11:00pm when the Summer Housing Office is not open. If their services are requested, they can be contacted via our Public Safety Department. Please refer to the Contact page for more information.

A check-list is provided to ensure all requests are made previous to the start date of the event. Event planners shall refer to the checklist for all deadlines due dates.
