Nutritional Sciences Minor

Housed in the Wegmans School of Health and Nutrition, students enhance their primary course of study with a focus on nutrients and human nutrition issues. The study of nutrients includes knowledge about food sources, metabolism, and relationship to health. Nutrition influences and is affected by health, cultural issues, exercise science, food systems, hospitality, and behavior. The following table is an outline of courses to fulfill the requirements of the Nutritional Sciences minor. This minor is closed to students majoring in Dietetics and Nutrition.
