AdvanceRIT Staff Highlights | February 2023

Congratulations! to the Senior Staff Specialist of the AdvanceRIT Office and Adjunct Faculty for the College of Liberal Arts (CLA). Silvia Caraballo's proposal was nominated to be presented, and it will also be offered as a workshop at the 11th annual Faculty Women of Color in the Academy (FWCA) National Conference. She will present Apartheid in Higher Education: The effects of Educational Violence on the Emotional Well-Being of Women of Color in Academia. She has also serves as a member of the National Advisory Board for the Academy.
