Bio
Alice Almer is the Marketing and Communications Manager at RIT Croatia, where she leads the institution's integrated marketing and communications efforts. Her work focuses on supporting enrollment, strengthening RIT Croatia's brand and reputation, fostering engagement with the institution's stakeholders, and advancing strategic initiatives through both internal and external communications. She works closely with colleagues at RIT Croatia and RIT in Rochester, NY in support of the institution's strategic priorities and long-term development.
With more than two decades of professional experience in communications, media, and marketing, Alice joined RIT Croatia in 2013 and has since focused her career on higher education. Prior to joining RIT Croatia, she worked in one of Croatia's leading communications consultancies at that time, advising local and international clients on strategic communications and reputation management. She later held senior marketing roles in the media industry, managing marketing and brand-development activities for some of Croatia's leading publishing brands.
Her professional interests include strategic communications, higher education marketing, brand and reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and institutional communications.
Alice holds a Master of Science degree in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BS degree in Marketing from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb.
