Completed a B.S. in Physics from the University of Rochester. Undergraduate research included studying background radiation of the underground LUX-ZEPLIN (LZ) Dark Matter Detector, in Lead, South Dakota.
Currently working in the Digital Imaging and Remote Sensing Laboratory. Research interests include using drone hyperspectral imagery to validate radiative transfer modeling of soil, vegetation, and standing water, as well as improving drone image geolocation through image registration.
