Major: Imaging Science
I am a PhD student in Imaging Science at Rochester Institute of Technology, working on machine learning, computer vision, uncertainty estimation, continual learning, and remote sensing. My background is in mathematics, with research experience in Bayesian methods, active learning, medical imaging, and LiDAR-based perception.
My research focuses on deployable machine learning systems for real-world sensing problems, particularly how to design sensing missions so that downstream perception works reliably under sparse or uncertain evidence. Outside of research, I design, 3D print, and build drones, and I train judo.
