Former Minett Professor to Give Keynote at “Power Your Potential” | February 2020
Melisza Campos, a Marketing Manager at Wegmans will give the keynote address at the 11th Annual Power Your Potential Women’s Conference hosted by Saunders College of Business February 28th.
The focus is ‘Embracing Our Voice & Leading Boldly.” It is held in celebration of National Women’s History Month.
Campos is a former Frederick H. Minett Professor, appointed to serve during the 2016 academic year.
The professorship brings distinguished Rochester area multicultural professionals to RIT to share their expertise with students, faculty and staff.
Campos is excited to be a part of the upcoming women’s conference.
“It’s always an enriching experience when great women come together, gain new perspectives, share stories of empowerment, and reflect of what the future holds. I look forward to being a part of it,” she said.
The Power Your Potential women’s leadership conference is a half-day event. It will be held at CIMS Conference Center-Louise Slaughter Hall, on the RIT campus from 7:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
The conference will include an education session and a panel discussion featuring businesswomen who will talk about ‘Finding Your Voice in the Workplace and Community Today’.
