Terms and Conditions

  1. A valid RIT recreation membership is required in order to submit a request.
  2. Orders must be made at least two business days in advance for processing. Any orders made within two business days cannot be guaranteed and are subject to a $5.00 administrative fee.
  3. Once the form is submitted, an email will be sent acknowledging the request.
  4. A confirmation email will be sent once the equipment rental and a pickup time have been determined.
  5. Once the equipment rental pickup and return dates and times have been scheduled, a confirmation email will be sent.
  6. Equipment pick-up and returns are available during the following times:
    • Monday – Friday: 6am – 8am and 12pm – 2pm
    • Monday – Thursday: 5pm – 10pm
    • Friday: 3pm -11pm
  7. Additional staffing fees may apply for department events requesting equipment setup by the SLC staff.
  8. Please provide a valid RIT ID at the time of pickup.
  9. Rentals must be picked up and returned at the scheduled times.
  10. Rental fees may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, or an RIT department chargeback number, which must be provided by an official budget authority.
  11. All equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
  12. A $20 cleaning fee may apply to any equipment not cleaned properly upon return.
  13. Additional fees will apply to any damaged, lost, or late items. Recreation access will be denied to anyone who owes equipment, a late fee, or replacement fee.
