Additional Areas of Support

Endowment spending only covers about four percent of the annual operating budget, but truly unrestricted support provides university leadership the flexibility to prioritize the needs of our students.

While RIT’s 21 unrestricted funds provide the most flexibility and have an immediate impact while supporting broad efforts all over campus, we do recognize that our donors may have more specific interests when choosing where to direct their giving. You may give to any area you feel most passionate about and 100% of your gift goes directly to the fund you designate.
