WROC-TV highlights the second annual New York State High School Film Fest at RIT’s MAGIC Spell Studios, where student filmmakers from across New York showcased their work and competed for awards in categories including drama, comedy, and horror.

WXXI’s “Connections” program features Amy Adrion, assistant professor in the School of Film and Animation, and Amanda Hughes, technology and studio manager in RIT's MAGIC Center.

Film and photography students worked as camera operators and videographers as indie pop band MisterWives filmed a visual album in MAGIC Spell Studios. It's among the many examples of MAGIC providing professional-level experiences for students.
