Chirag Adiga

Student

Chirag is a PhD student in the Microsystems Engineering program at the Kate Gleason College of Engineering. He earned his Master’s degree in Embedded Electrical and Computing Systems from San Francisco State University. With experience as an Embedded Design Engineer and Design Verification Engineer at startups, Chirag focused on developing Verification IPs for on-chip bus protocols. During his time as a research assistant at SFSU, he also gained hands-on experience with advanced chip testing equipment, which fueled his interest in the complexities of chip validation and testing.

Chirag’s passion for chip design and testing excellence brought him to RIT’s RAMLab, where he works under Dr. Teju Das to help develop cutting-edge Analog and Mixed-Signal ICs.

When he’s not working on his research, Chirag loves spending time outdoors hiking and backpacking, as well as playing soccer, table tennis, and video games. He also enjoys reading Non-fiction and Science Fiction books.
