Cross Registered Senator
Bio
Hi! I currently serve as NSC President while pursuing cross-registered degrees in Health Management and Art Education. As a HOH student from hearing family in China and an ASL learner, I have firsthand experience with education systems in China and at RIT/NTID, which lets me see the challenges cross-registered students may face in campus life.
In the U.S., led Summer Camp projects, served as group leader, student assistant, and STEM volunteer, and collaborated with RSOs, the Accessibility Committee, and Access Services to suggest involving advanced ASL interpreting students in events, improving accessibility and support for Deaf and HOH students. Certifications in mental health and related areas strengthen support for diverse student needs. Also helping ensure the next NSC President and VP are selected this spring for a smooth transition.
Committed to supporting campus improvements, helping cross-registered students engage, and advocating with transparency, fairness, and inclusivity.
