Located in Louise Slaughter Hall, the CIMS Conference Center offers versatile meeting, training, and conference space for RIT departments, corporate partners, and community organizations. University Venues manages four divisible conference rooms and two seminar rooms within the facility, providing flexible space for meetings, workshops, training programs, conferences, and educational events. Flexible room configurations, presentation technology, nearby amenities, and convenient campus access make CIMS Conference Center an ideal setting for a wide range of events.
Event Spaces
When utilized as a single event space, the divisible conference rooms can accommodate a variety of event formats.

- Theater: Up to 240 guests
- Banquet: Up to 168 guests
- Classroom: Up to 130 guests
- U-Shape: Up to 46 guests
Conference Room 2210 is ideal for breakout sessions, small meetings, collaborative discussions, and workshop activities. As part of the CIMS Conference Center, the room can function independently or in conjunction with adjacent conference rooms to support larger events.
