Welcome to RIT Catering
RIT Catering is RIT’s self-owned and operated catering department, offering full service catering for groups of 20 to over 1,000 people. Our menu options cover continental breakfasts, hot buffet breakfasts, meeting breaks, boxed lunches, sandwich platters, buffet lunches and dinners, served lunches and dinners, hors d’oeuvres receptions, bar services and more.
RIT Catering launched a brand new menu and encourage you to take a look. You can now add all catering service requests within the new EMS room reservation system.
You spoke and we listened! Our new menu will feature a New York style bagel breakfast, build your own breakfast burrito, brunch buffet, signature sandwiches, new lunch and dinner buffet selections, new served meal options as well as a dessert pie bar! In addition, we are streamlining our services allowing you to choose from full service or drop off services, and we'll take care of the rest!
2018 Ice Wine Festival Recipes are available. We create wine infused cuisine for the Casa Larga NY Ice Wine & Culinary Festival. This year's menu included Braised Pork Belly Steam Buns, Twisted French Onion Soup, Sweet Potato Gnocchi, Heirloom Caprese Salad, and Flourless Chocolate Cake. Download the recipes here.
You can easily book your catering online, by phone at 475-2346, in person, or by emailing one of our sales team members directly. If you are booking a large scale or multiple day event, we recommend setting up an in-person meeting so that we can take care of all of your catering needs at once.
